NAME TAGS
Our student intern has begun her time with us at Cal Heights UMC. Sela Taupaki (and her husband Charlie) were with us on Sunday, September 7. Sela has been getting to know Cal Heights and vice versa.
One of the ways we all can help her become familiar with us is a simple one: NAME TAGS!
Blank names tags are available in the Narthex before worship.
We ask that everyone please wear a name tag for the next few Sundays.
EVERYONE'S INN @ CAL HEIGHTS
Beginning on Wednesday, October 22, Everyone's Inn will be coming to Cal Heights UMC. Everyone's Inn is a wonderful mid week, weekly meal, worship, fellowship, and learning experience. It has been a program offered by Being the Church and has rotated between Los Altos UMC and Belmont Heights UMC. And now it is coming to Cal Heights UMC!
In order for this to happen, we are in need of volunteers. A sign up sheet will be in the Narthex beginning Sunday, September 21.
A learning gathering will be held Tuesday, September 30 at 7:00 PM to find out more about what is needed and how you can participate as a volunteer.
Everyone involved in volunteering must go or has gone through the Ministry Safe screening process.
